We are a custom manufacturer of engineered log homes. We have designed the products, and the process to produce. Both are proprietary to us. We are a family owned business located in Michigan and have been in business since, 1999. Our product is unique to the industry. We offer an engineered log home with fully insulated, laminated logs. We have virtually eliminated the problems inherent with log structures. Our logs do not settle, twist, shrink, or check. Our product is dry from the inside out. Typically we can provide a threefold increase in R-value over traditional logs. Construction is as fast as stick framed homes. We have been selling direct to end users and working a limited dealer network. Our product is well received and we have no customer complaints. Typically the comment we get is, "The only problem we did not have building our home was with the logs". There is no competition for this product yet. It's just a matter of time, but we have established the standard. We have homes delivered in: MI, TN, NC, VA, NH, ME, CO, MT, OK I am looking for someone that would like to take this product under a unique trade name and establish sales channels by US region. My time is best utilized in continuing to improve our manufacturing options. This is not a get rich quick option. I don't need someone with a little cash that wants to invest and expect a 40% return.
