Kevin brings more than 15 years of business ownership, sales, and operations experience to Stony Hill clients. Kevin has an expert knowledge of the sales process, having experienced it as a seller, buyer, and now business broker/merger and acquisition professional. Kevin gains the most satisfaction when he negotiates a deal which benefits both the buyer and seller. He is committed to providing a high level of professionalism and honesty to his clients while delivering excellent results. Kevin excels in deal structuring and understands the needs and concerns that can arise during the business sales process. In addition, Kevin is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) – a highly regarded designation in the business brokers’ field which involves extensive education and testing, and trains brokers in the International Business Brokers Association code of ethics. A strong believer in giving back, Kevin is involved in several Charitable Organizations and regularly volunteers his time and resources to help others. He is also active in various Chambers of Commerce and networking organizations. As a member of the Stony Hill team, Kevin has successfully represented many businesses for sale and business buyers. He has assisted with the sale and purchase of a wide array of small businesses including, family-owned, women-owned, minority-owned, and franchises in a myriad of industries. Having enjoyed numerous successful entrepreneurial ventures, Kevin has the ability to understand the dynamics of the deal, both on the side of the seller and the buyer. Stony Hill has revolutionized the business sale and merger and acquisition market with their remarkable processes and wealth of experience. Prior to joining Stony Hill, Kevin worked as a Broker in another successful firm after owning, operating and selling multiple top-performing franchise stores. He grew the businesses to more than $3 million in sales in less than three years. Kevin served on the Franchisors’ Advisory Board and President’s Council advising other franchise owners regarding business development and management issues. He also served on numerous strategic planning committees. Kevin attended The State University of New York on a soccer scholarship and attended Temple University. He resides in Yardley, PA with his wife and two children. He is an avid golfer, Philadelphia sports fan, and aficionado of imported sports cars.
