About Me

I am bilingual, have an MBA, and I am pretty good buying and selling things like cars, boats and other items. My compensation package is $157,000 a year with the federal government. I work 60 hrs a week but I am tired of the same stuff and the incompetent people I have to deal with everyday. I would like to go on my own and having a better sense of fulfillment. I am married with three children, one of them going to college next year. I rather make less money and spend more time with my family and not put up with the politics of my agency. I currently lead or manage an office with 240 law enforcement agents, a fleet of 100 vehicles, 3.7 million budget, and provide coverage to 36,000 square miles of terrain. I had my first business when I was 16 years old. At the time, I bought a bulldozer (John Deer 450) and began to work after school. Ever since then, I have made my hobby to buy and sell stuff. That’s how I went to college and survived as a single dad for about 4 years. I see people with less experience and drive succeed with their own businesses, why not me. I know in my heart I can do it. So my question is, what am I waiting for and why am I so reluctant to take the first step on this? I am too comfortable but I do not like what I do and we live this life once. I have a meeting with Score in two weeks to talk to a counselor. Any suggestions???
