About Me

Greg Roquet is an experienced entrepreneur with over 28 years of business ownership, management and franchise experience. He is the Regional Director for Murphy Business & Financial for Northern and Central California and President of Murphy Business & Franchise Network, Inc. Greg’s company provides business brokerage services to clients in the California market, and is also responsible for development of the Murphy Franchise System in California. In addition, Greg also represents over 120 new national franchise opportunities and assists clients with franchise education, placement, financing and research. He has owned businesses in the San Francisco Bay Area and Napa, and currently owns a retail tire and automotive service business in Sacramento. Greg is an experienced Business Broker and Certified Business Intermediately providing expert help with buying or selling existing businesses. He is also a franchise expert representing many prescreened franchisors looking to grow in N. California. Greg is a member of the International Franchise Association (IFA), the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), the California Association of Business Brokers (CABB) and has served as Vice President of Franchise Development for America’s largest automotive and tire center franchisor. He works closely with the SBA and teaches at the SBA Small Business Development Center and the Veterans Business Outreach Center in Sacramento. Greg has previously taught at SBA centers in Roseville, Chico, Stockton, Modesto and Reno. Additionally, Greg counsels at the Greater Sacramento Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and is a SCORE counselor for the SBA.
