Greg Donato is an experienced Facilities and Real Estate Consultant who specializes in all aspects of Facilities Management, Office Services and related strategic Real Estate planning. Greg has spent his entire career in various facilities capacities and in 2005 was the recipient of the prestigious Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Pinnacle Award for Outstanding Corporate Headquarters. During his corporate career Greg held positions of increasing responsibility in the facilities and real estate areas. His achievements included project management of multiple capital relocation projects, development of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) and self service applications, implementation of best practices and overseeing Emergency Response and Business Continuity planning. Additionally, his responsibilities included developing and overseeing multi million dollar capital and operating budgets and managing a staff of 120 employees. Greg brings all of his experience to advance your project management needs while keeping your bottom line in the forefront. His creativity and energy will bring new life to your problem solving and bring a new dimension to your projects. Further, Greg is known for his team leadership and team building so important in the successful operation of today’s complex facilities. Greg attended Baruch College where he received his bachelor’s degree and he is a Certified Facilities Manager through the International Facilities Managers Association. He holds a NY State Real Estate Brokers License and lives in New York City with his wife and children.
