Elite Subcontractors is a nationwide network of General Contractors and Subcontractors. By utilizing our state of the art web based application Elite helps small and medium sized subcontractors locate work they would never know about. Elite has built the entire infrastructure to allow our Business Owners to run a turnkey operation. The operating system was designed to service the entire United States. We just need the right people to manage each region of the country. With over 20 years in the construction industry, the founders of Elite created a business model that is successful in any market or economic conditions. As an owner of your own business unit you will act as a Project Coordinator and participate in a unique profit sharing opportunity. As the Project Coordinator you will work with subcontractors in your region helping them find new project opportunities. You will establish relationships with general contractors in your region and throughout the country, helping them find local subcontractors to complete their projects. You will also oversee your own business development team that will seek out and cultivate new business relationships. Elite will provide all the pieces and training to help you start your own business. Requirements: a. Significant business experience - We are looking for individuals that have excelled in managing multiple projects or departments. Construction knowledge is helpful, but not required. The majority of our Business Owners do not come from a construction background. b. Entrepreneurial spirit - Individuals that can develop and execute a business plan and be a part of fast growing company. c. Ability - Manage a business and all the responsibilities that come with owning a business. Individuals must have a good understanding of financial statements. d. Finances - Sufficient liquid assets to invest in the business and cover the start up expenses. e. People Skills - The ability to meet and network with potential customers in the construction industry. f. Commitment - Personal commit to managing the daily operations of their Business.
