Sales Director Broker Associate Licensed Real Estate Instructor As a Florida native and REALTOR®, Chad is passionate about the real estate market in a place he is proud to call home. He provides Real Estate Services to both buyers and sellers in Commercial and Residential properties. He is a licensed Real Estate Instructor. Starting off in 1994, Chad was responsible for corporate commercial leasing and purchases in several different states. Chad has worked with buyers and sellers from all 50 states and 8 countries to purchase property throughout Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, Mississippi, Ohio, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Nevada. He has traveled throughout the US and Great Britain where he promoted investment in Florida properties. His regional focus is on Orange and Seminole Counties and includes communities & areas such as Altamonte Springs, Apopka, Heathrow, Lake Mary, Longwood, Maitland, Ocoee, Orlando, Wekiva Springs, Winter Garden, and Winter Park. While these are his main focus areas he does have experienced working in other areas such as Clermont, Mount Dora, Groveland, Jacksonville, and Tallahassee. With extensive ongoing Real Estate training, Chad delivers a unique combination of honesty, dedication, and creativity. He has a detailed focus to provide accurate information and organization.
