Excellent quality wine will be provided at very low price points to build your customer base. Most wine will be priced at less than $5.00 per bottle. You determine your margins and sales prices. Add more brands and varietals from other countries as you build your customer base. In 3 years or less, you will be provided 8 core wineries in the network, all at very favorable pricing. We will provide assistance with state compliance requirements, marketing strategies, storage advice, weekly scheduling of your time and accounting requirements. Facilities (home-based):

Unique imported Wine is provided in intial fee and reorders will be available at normal pricing. Delivery vehicle capable of carrying 20 to 40 cases per delivery run. Computer needed for proper accounting and state filing requirements.

Market Outlook:

This wine will not be available by any other entity in your state area. You will have exclusive distribution to this wine in that area. Please note several states have already been taken.

Additional Fees and Payment Information:

Initial fee covers the cost of your initial inventory of approximately 150 cases of wine. It also covers the cost of all advice and stategies provided. Wine will be available for succesive orders at standard wholesale prices. Wines are purchased FOB Denver, Colorado.

Support/Training:

We will provide assistance with state compliance requirements.State licensing will be required and is a seperate fee paid deirectly to state. Fee varies by state. Marketing strategies will be provided to maximize time, sample usage and delivery requirments. Accounting support will also be provided with the use of quickbooks accounting software.(Not included)
