Facilities: Meineke: Typically a 6 bay 3500-4000 square foot stand alone center. Most Meineke centers will have 3-4 lifts and our standard equipment package. Meineke/Econo Lube: Typically a 2800 square foot 5-6 bay center. This brand will have two drive thru service pits and 3-4 additional service bays. These centers are set up very much like a traditional lube center but also have 3-4 bays designed for complete car care.

Competition: The Co-Brand originated back in August of 2006 when Meineke purchased Econo Lube as a strategic acquisition increasing Meineke presence on the west Coast. In August of 2006 there were 192 stand alone Econo Lube centers, as of October 2008 70 have co-branded with Meineke and as a group the same store sales are up over 20%.

Growth/Expansion: Pros: Purchaser has the opportunity to purchase just one location however qualified candidates may be eligible to purchase additional locations. Also, many of the centers have been re-equipped with new computer systems and our standard equipment packages. Basically, the seller has invested about $40,000 to $80,000 in each of the centers recently.
