Must See Oilfield Services Company

This established company provides environmental consulting, environmental remediation and dirt moving and construction services for the oil and gas, petrochemical and refining industries in the Permian Basin. The Company currently enjoys a ratio of approximately 50/50 of environmental remediation services to dirt hauling and construction work, but believes that ratio will continue to shift towards environmental services due to the continually increasing environmental regulations being enacted in New Mexico, where the majority of services are performed. Though the environmental services are expected to continue to increase, the dirt hauling and construction services, which the majority of is construction of well site pads and roads, is not expected to slow but rather remain steady or increase due to the drilling, work over and production activity in the Permian Basin. The Company has vendor agreements in place with many of the large oil and gas companies operating in the Permian Basin. The Company's equipment is relatively new with it's Dozers, Motor Graders, Trackhoes, Backhoes, and Pickups all being model year 2005 or newer; the average age of all the equipment combined is 6 years. The owners are not actively involved with the company, except for the approval of capital expenditures and management hiring and firings. Key management is in place and running the business on a daily basis. This Company is nicely positioned for takeover. Rolling 12 month revenues are near $9 million with an EBITDA margin of approximately 25%, there is little to no day to day involvement of ownership, vendor agreements are in place with major customers, there is little competition in the area, especially on the environmental services side, New Mexico is a highly environmentally regulated state, the Permian Basin continues to be a significant oil and gas producing region in the United States, the equipment is mostly new and the associated equipment debt is low.
