This well known Fitness Facility has been in the community since 2001 and has an excellent reputation as one of the largest work out facilities in the area, specifically serving the traditional weight lifting, muscle building and mixed martial arts community in eastern Indiana. In addition, it also includes a downstairs fitness facility specifically geared to women and seniors, offering a homelike atmosphere and friendly staff. They currently have over 300 members, and offer individual as well as group, corporate and family memberships. Membership includes use of weight machines, cardio area, indoor track, and variable motion rock climbing wall, as well as group fitness classes including cross-training for speed, self-defense, beginner and intermediate and advanced Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) training. Personal trainers are available, and extra classes in mixed martial arts are also offered. MMA events are an additional source of revenue that could be expanded by a new owner.
