Competition: This business is at the intersection of two large and well traveled highways. Hwy 17 and Hwy 41 are two of the largest passenger traveled roads in Mt. Pleasant. The amount of growth that is happening is amazing and the lease agreement that was signed does not reflect what most least agreement are goin for out there now. It is considerably cheaper. There is only one pizza delivery service out there, and subway is the only direct competition for miles.
