This unique nationally known Art School is located in the heart of Downtown Issaquah. The Monart system of teaching students to expand their visual and artistic horizons is internationally known and recognized in the education community. This school has been in business since 1995 and is the only Monart School of Fine Arts in WA State. This system does not require the owner to have a teaching degree or special training. The current Seller has 2 part-time instructors. The Seller currently has over 80 students a week in class and about 197 students outside the classroom. The Seller has contracts with different schools and community centers to teach her programs. This could be easily increased with some marketing by the new owner. The Monart system is a Franchise - the royalty fee is 8% of the monthly gross sales - the transfer fee is $1,500 - and the Franchisor provides 2 weeks of training at Monart University in Calif.

Competition: This is the only Monart School of Fine Arts in the State of Wash. Due to the unique educational and artistic benefits derived from this system there is no competition locally or in the State. The Seller currently has several outside teaching contracts and that could be expanded.

Growth/Expansion: There is unlimited growth to this business. The current Seller holds Art Camps during the Summer and these could be expanded. The outside teaching contracts could be increased. The school is set up to teach 2 separate classes at a time - the Seller does not utilize this.
