THE COMPANY Our client company manufactures and installs cultured marble and cultured granite vanity products, primarily bathroom and kitchen applications to include shower floors, walls, trim, as well as customer tub decks, splashes, skirts and seating. In addition, the company revenues reflect incomes from kitchen counter tops in solid surfaces. The company products feature solids, blends, veined with hand-swirled accent colors and the ability to create custom designed depths, widths and styles for production level orders. THE LOCATION The manufacturing facility is located 45 miles from Boise but can be relocated immediately. The size of the plant is 2,400 sq. ft. on a month to month lease. The landlord requires the business be moved. Ideally, a larger facility could be utilized for full production capabilities. ASSETS INCLUDED This is a turnkey operation to include opening inventory and manufacturing equipment. Vendor relations are standard with all suppliers. Work in progress will need to be net of costs associated, with balance to new owner. The owner and a brother operate and run the business.
