Facilities: Budget Used Furniture is located in the prime space in the Ideal Shopping Center on one of the busiest streets in Sparks. The space is 3750 sq ft and includes an office and a back storage room with a separate entrance. There is plenty of room for parking directly in front of the store. The store front is easily seen from the street and has large windows as well as a sign hanging over the sidewalk. The rent on this space is incredible at $2k/month. Length of lease can be negotiated with the landlord, but a 2 year lease is standard.

Competition: There are only 3 stores in town, including this one, that are dedicated to buying and selling used furniture. One is located in Reno and the other is not too far away from Budget but tends to lean more towards antiques. There is also a rent-to-own furniture store in the same shopping center, but it draws more business to the shopping center rather than detract from it.

Growth/Expansion: The store could easily house more second hand items other than furniture. We already have home decor items that are placed around the store in order to make it more home-like but do end up selling and turning a profit. There is also a section in the back that is being used for clothes.

Support/Training: I will be happy to provide the buyer with any type of training as far as how I have run the business, things that I think can be improved upon, etc.
