This one-location dry cleaners caters to a large residential area in the central area of Boise. This is a full service plant complete with all equipment necessary for full hot-plant operation. Services include dry cleaning, alterations, laundry services for shirts, etc., and some specialty cleaning. Major equipment includes Vic dry cleaning machine converted to DF2000, computerized check-in system, boiler, 2 compressors, vacuum system, washer, dryer, drapery pleaters, and everything else necessary for full operation. The seller is willing to trade the DF2000 machine for a newer Perc machine if buyer would rather use Perc. Shirt processing equipment is not on site, but is included in sale.
