Facilities: Markham facility is less than 2 years old and sits on .67 acres. Maumelle sits on approx. 1 acre in front of Walmart and is approx 3 years old. Land is owned by me and included in price. We have a very large repeat customer base.

Competition: Markham location is on the busiest corner in West Little Rock. This corridor has no other available building locations. There is one very old wash that is approximately 1 mile west of this location whom I don't consider a major competitor or threat. Maumelle as a city has 1 other self service bay that is approximately 3 miles west and does not sit on the main thoroughfare. There is a restrictive convenant for any other washes to be built on the land that houses the Walmart. Home Depot and strip center also to be built here.

Growth/Expansion: Markham is not an expandable location and is built with the best land use available. There is ample room for 7-8 cars to line up in each automatic which is a common occurrence. Maumelle doe s have room for expansion of more bays and vacuums. There is also an island that has conduit run for an ATM machine. This could be a lease space for the bank and would easily add 800-1000 per month in revenue.

Support/Training: These units are a part of one of the top carwash franchise systems in the US. Will gladly train new operator on the day to day operations.
