Facilities: This 1555 SF unit is leased in a growing area. It has the most parking of all of the sites within the site.

Competition: This business is located 1/4 mile from the Interstate 10 & Warner Road exit, right by the IKEA store. This location is prime and in the first year of business we abundantly exceeded our sales goals and were in the Top 50 of the franchise.

Growth/Expansion: We are located right next to Honeywell, and within a one mile radius there are over 10,000 employees. I have demographics information to prove this. There are two business centers that are stilll growing!!!
