The owners established their Day Care Center in 1997 and have seen it become one of the most respected child care centers in the area. The teachers do not merely "baby-sit" children, they interact with them so they develop emotionally, intellectually and socially. Parents and families appreciate the quality care and education provided by the teachers and support staff as well as excellent communication concerning their children. This is a safe and secure center with age appropriate toys, equipment and learning activities. Oklahoma is one of the more progressive states in its efforts to ensure the health and safety of children in licensed care. The owners have gone beyond the minimum standards required by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, Child Care Division. By meeting additional criteria the Center has obtained Two-Star status. Almost 12 million children in the U.S. are under age 5 that s 63% and in some type of child care arrangement every week. During 2004 2014, the number of children under age 5 is expected to increase at a faster rate than in previous years. School-aged children, who generally require child care only before and after school, are increasingly being cared for in centers.

Facilities: Main building is 3,680 sq ft with additional storage building of 288 sq ft. Facilities can be expanded by approximately 1,000 sq ft.

Growth/Expansion: Revenues have increased at a compound annual growth rate of 14.7% since 2004. Maximum expansion of facilities would provide additional revenues of at least $131,000 per year. Growth and success have been driven by the Company s outstanding reputation for offering quality care and education in an enjoyable and safe environment. Revenues can also be increased by obtaining a Three-Star rating. The Oklahoma Department of Human Services recognizes that accreditation can be costly and has increased subsidy reimbursement rates upon earning Three-Star status.
