Our company is a leading national provider of aesthetic medical procedures including laser hair removal, botox, restylane, vein treatments, lipo- dissolve fat reduction, and IPL photofacials. Competition: The Company has an established brand name with consistent repeat business producing residual income. Business processes and procedures have been optimized and documented to operate efficiently. With a proven track record of success in ten markets, there is tremendous opportunity to further scale the concept to additional locations. We are well positioned to succeed compared to our competitors given our efficient infrastructure, established brand name, national presence, and tested marketing and advertising programs
Growth/Expansion: The Company has developed scaleable business processes that would allow a new owner to duplicate the concept and expand geographically. Current markets have shown impressive annual growth (every one of our current markets has increased revenue/profit from 2006 to 2007) and new markets can easily and successfully be started with little capital expenditure.
Support/Training: Current experienced staff, including Medical Directors, will continue with new owner, if desired. We will provide six weeks of training and CEO willing to stay on staff as long as needed to ensure a smooth transition.
Reason Selling: The current owners would like to see a buyer capable of scaling business model.
