Competition: Produces standard crushed rock products, fill materials and three grades of high quality sand, all ODOT approved. One grade of sand is the only septic filter quality sand available in Oregon that functions as it comes from the pit. The competition must add and mix off site materialsto get their sands to qualify with DEQ.

Growth/Expansion: There is a trmendous amount of growth in this Central Oregon Area. The hottest area has been Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Madras and Prineville but most recently the area of affordable choice has been The La Pine area.
