King's Corner Cafe is a popular breakfast and lunch restaurant located in the heart of New Hampshire's White Mountains on the world famous Kancamagus Highway. A strong local clientele enhanced by year-round tourist activity supports the restaurant, whose revenue has been consistently strong and growing. Included in this offering is the real estate, a commercial condominium with a great location and a very solid association. The restaurant's focus is on providing a quality product, personally prepared, professionally served, and reasonably priced. A great "quality of life" opportunity!
Facilities: The restaurant is housed in a well-maintained, 1343 square foot commercial condominium unit, complete with dining room seating 38, service counter and food preparation area, restrooms, and kitchen. The current owners have discussed the possibility of adding a liquor license and opening up for dinner on Friday and Saturday evening's when demand in the area is at its highest. Also, the addition of an evening coffee and dessert bar could positively impact revenues with minimum increased expense.
Financing: Seller financing is not available.
Support/Training: Current owners are willing to stay on and train for up to two weeks after the transfer of the business at no charge.
Reason Selling: The owners are looking to semi-retire as health issues have hastened their desir
