Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of commercial and residential furnace pipe, duct, plenums, custom metal fabrication, HVAC accessories, and provides a full line of light commercial duct work services. The staff, including management, comprises of 10 full time non-union and three full-time union employees, in addition to the principals. Success in the industry is largely driven by the level of customer support, product availability, and pricing area in which our client clearly excels. These and other factors contribute to a 95% rate of repeat business and positions the company well for continued growth and success. While the product mix has been roughly divided between HVAC accessories, residential duct work and custom metal fabrication, it will shift from year to year due to the cyclical nature of the commercial and residential construction markets.
