The Company also offers multi-sport adventures which include lodging, all meals and a variety of outdoor activities including rafting, fishing, horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking, and kayaking, and has permits on several other less-used rivers as well. Facilities: The Little Salmon Lodge is a spectacular accommodation set in the Salmon River Canyon near Riggins, Idaho. The property totals over two acres and includes over 2,000 ft. of river frontage. While the lodge building is nicely set out of view of Highway 95, a portion of the land sits along the Highway, offering 400 feet of highway frontage. Facilities also include a 1400 square foot equipment shop and a 600 square foot retail cabin.

Competition: Though rafting is among the most popular outdoor sports in the Northwest, the Company has little direct competition within the Salmon River corridor. There are, however, a number of companies that are based in Riggins and that provide day trips, yet none of them have the location advantage nor offer a similar amenity base to the Company. In addition, a majority of the Company s day trip clients are from the Spokane area and are looking for a high quality experience, while its local competition focuses on the Boise region and high volume, low cost trips

Growth/Expansion: In 2007, the Company has been experiencing tremendous growth, with projected revenues on track to exceed $600,000 and a total gross profit margin of 40%, because its products possess significant growth potential within its respective target markets.
