This company provides consulting, installation, and maintenance services on non-federally owned navigation aids (NAVAIDS) and weather systems to small and medium-sized airports throughout the United States. This business does not manufacture or distribute any equipment but acts as a prime contractor on most installation contracts, purchasing equipment directly from the manufacturer and marking up the products to attain target project margins. Occasionally, the seller subcontracts its maintenance or installation technicians to manufacturers, who then act as the prime contractor.
