The Company is a commercial/retail greenhouse that provides plantscaping and flowerscaping to more than 70 businesses in the area. Plantscaping refers to the use of foliage in confined areas to soften corners, create accents, provide screening, texture, etc. Flower arrangements and landscaping is not the Company s business. They sell (color) flower accents to landscapers, estates and property owners. Their specialty is Spring & Fall Flowers and Container Gardens / Patio Pots. The Company will and can grow about any Plant/Flower for their clients needs. The Company has 38,000 square feet of greenhouses to provide spring and summer annuals to supply commercial and wholesale needs. This greenhouse space allows them to provide fall garden mums, poinsettias for the holidays, and many other beautiful flowers for churches and businesses, even in the cold of winter. They also can provide companies with plant rentals for social events, seminars, or corporate functions that need that extra touch. They also custom build silk plants to meet their clients interior plant needs. The Company has positioned itself to accommodate almost any high- quality flower and plant needs. With enough growing time, the staff can produce most plants and flowers in the greenhouse. The owner has been locating plant material for atriums and large open areas from all over the United States for over twenty years and works to fill each customer s special needs. The Company finds the healthiest, best plants, and then acclimates them to their clients building s specification before installing them. Plant product lines include fall flowers, spring flowers, Christmas poinsettias, container gardening, tropical flowers.

Facilities: The Company's facility consists of 13 greenhouses, a 25 x 40 grain storage building converted for office use, and a 40 x 70.5 barn which has partially been remodeled for an office / sales area with the remaining area used for storage. The property also includes a pond (+/- acre) that can be utilized as a water source to greenhouses. The purchase of the company also includes the personal residence to the North of the facility.

Competition: The company is a high end flower and plant grower as well as a custom grower. Commercial building projects and renovations have created a great demand for the company's products. Plant product lines include fall flowers, spring flowers, Christmas poinsettias, container gardening, tropical blooming, tropical foliage, plant rentals, custom silks and custom growing. The company has three main growing seasons. Spring products, Fall products and Christmas products.

Support/Training: Owner is willing to ensure smooth transition. Terms are negotiable. Owner would like to stay on in a sales / relations capacity.
