Facilities: The real estate included in the sale is a 282,000 sq ft. facility for industrial use and storage. The equipment includes a heavy duty industrial spray paint line. Additional equipment included is a second smaller spray paint line, large automotive paint booth, sandblasting unit, powder coat unit, and 3 robotic painters. The sale also includes various industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.

Competition: The Company has very little competition due to the size and weight of the components that are being painted.
