Green Thumb Lawn Sprinklers was established in 2003 and has served the surrounding community for the last 11 years. The business is established with the equipment and small inventory to sustain its work load. Green Thumb’s customer base has grown over 8000% since the original 5 customers in 2003. This customer base has grown primarily through word of mouth from customers. A very small portion of these customers came from advertisements.
The business comes with the hand-off of all contact information from existing and current customer base. All customers are all active paying customers so the relationship will have to be picked up and maintained in full. Within the existing customer base there is a huge potential of work as most is turned down, such as, but not limited to the following: RPZ testing, new system installations, inside plumbing repairs, inside electrical jobs, and small drainage remodels. If that work was completed or sub contracted, the potential gross income is estimated at well over $50,000.00 above and beyond the current gross income.
The equipment inclusive is a 2013 Toyota Tundra, IR Pull behind Compressor, Motorized Spreader with transport carrier, a Hand Spreader with docking station, a Green Lee 521 locator, remote controls for rain bird and hunter timers, all shovels and hand tools, and any tool designed for the irrigation trade currently owned, and all inventory relevant to the irrigation company.
Green Thumb Lawn Sprinklers has grown to an almost unmanageable size. The internal option of the board is to sell the business or to expand once again. Green Thumb would be a spring board acquisition for any business owner.
