The Marsh Creek In is located in the historical and beautiful Albion Valley. A small quaint town of approximately 300 people, it is just minutes away from the Snake River, Pomerelle Ski Resort and City of Rocks National Reserve. The area offers access to recreational activities such as biking, rock climbing, hiking, fishing, hunting and snow skiing. After enjoying a day of outdoor fun, we encourage our guests to barbeque in our picnic area, play horseshoes and relax beside the fire pit as the sounds of the creek goes by. We also have a outdoor hot tub for those tired muscles. During the winter, enjoy the blazing fire in our lobby, which is a restored log home dating back to around 1879. The motel has 12 rooms. One has a king size bed, four rooms have queen size beds and seven rooms have two beds (either two queens or a queen and a double). All rooms have refrigerators, microwaves, wireless internet and satellite television. There is also a 700 sq. ft. apartment separate from the motel. We currently rent it nightly, but it would be perfect for a manager/owner. It contains a full size kitchen, living room, bath and bedroom there is an additional small room which would make another bedroom or an office. Under the apartment is a 2 car garage, laundry area and bath.

The Pinecrest Inn opened on 3.64 acres off Yellowstone Highway directly north of the Idaho Falls Pinecrest Golf Course, which is considered a Jewel in the west. The property is well designed and functional with two operating wings that accommodate 92 rental suites, large conference area, 30,000 gallon outdoor pool located between the North and South Wing, separate 12,000 square foot lounge and entertainment center with an Idaho Liquor license included. The total actual building is nearly an acre under roof or 41,664 square feet. Pinecrest is unique in being located away from Motel Row and located east of city center, making it more accessible for travelers to the National Parks and Jackson. Owner motivation to sell is based on the fact that he lives on the East Coast and his family is no longer operating the day-to-day operation. The sale price of $1.8 million is based on real estate assessed value of $1.508 million, Idaho liquor license of $150,000, and Business Value including working assets and rental income from lounge of $150,000. Replacement value and land value for this project would be over $5 million.
