Hang Loose Boat Tours is one of the newest companies in Kailua Kona. Our business plan in 2013 was to do lava tours where lava meets the water on Big Island. Profits supposed to be extremely good ($5 mln/annually). However, lava stopped going in the water just before my $450,000 boat arrived to the Island. I waited for lava 3 months, so I went with the Plan B and started operating in Kona as of August '14 doing Tours (Dolphin and Manta Ray Snorkels, Whale Watch, etc.) It is very profitable business, unfortunately my time run out and I have to go back to mainland to take care of my other business and have nobody to take care of this business while I'm gone, so I'm forced to sell it. I also own an Activity Desk right in downtown Kona (prime location with 3 years lease) where we sell our tickets, rent scooters, paddle boards, bicycles, and more. Place have a lot of potential.
The Kona Islander Inn Condo Hotel is located directly in the middle of historic Kona Hawaii. The Kona Islander Inn is well known because of it's lush tropical landscaping and ambiance with an abundance of tropical fruit trees and just about everything else that grows at sea level in Hawaii.

The Beach Shack a retail/rentals/activity desk location across the street from the Kailua-Kona Pier is our in town location where we sell Hawaiian wear, gifts, collectables, souvenirs and other items, Transportation, activities and rent & sell beach gear.
All of our business enitys work together supporting each other and this gives us great exposer to the tourists visiting our island and in turn brings the bookings, retail sales, activity bookings, airport shuttles in to our store where we also sell our own in house tours.
Clarks Hawaii Tours offers airport transportation, Tours and Charter bus services along with vehicle rentals island wide.
We are under contract with many of the local hotels and activity booths who book our tours along with many other local tour vendors that we also sell there tours on a commission basis.
