This center will likely be foreclosed on the first Tuesday of April (April 5th) unless we get an offer beforehand. The bank wants the current owner to get an offer from a buyer to sell the center. As brokers, we would like to get a legally binding offer by March 20th in order to prevent the current owner from notifying the parents about closing the center. The bank has said if we get a legally binding offer, than they will give the buyer a reasonable amount of time for due diligence and to secure financing.
