6 Bay NAPA Car Care Center ...Priced to sell quickly
Busy six bay- NAPA Car Care- tire and auto repair store.
Great coastal Georgia location..(ten miles from the beach). Well equipped; upscale professional image; large residential population, large employee population, as well as heavy traffic in the three mile circle around our location. Plenty of room for expansion. Plenty of parking. etc etc etc! Only 4 years old, and we already dominate our local competitors with our on-line presents on Google, Facebook, YELP, and other search engines.
Rapidly growing. Our first full year ( 2013) total sales = $234,150. 2014 = $293,946. 2015 =$393,060. 2016 -(projected after first 6 months)= $430,000 !}. We sell few tires...so these figures represents about 80% service sales. Mostly retail customers. While we've never actually marketed for commercial business, we do have several great commercial customers. There's almost limitless potential for immediate growth just by "asking" for that type of business.
The very hard and expensive work of growing a new business from start-up, to brake-even, and finally to profitability has now been done. Therefore a new owner can hit the ground running, and making money immediately!
I have been minimally involved on a day to day basis so far; and have had a former employee running things. While he has been pretty good at a few things....he has not been good at some very important things. The truth is, with a more interested, qualified, and energetic person functioning as the "face of the business"....( ie. an "A" person rather than a "C" person)...we would likely already be at $500,000 - $550,000 level of sales! I would hope a new owner would be a "A".
By the way, this is the third successful business of this kind I've built from ground up; and I promise, if I were 15 years younger, this business likely would not be for sale at any reasonable price. The opportunity here, would be hard to duplicate!
I would consider some owner-financing for a very well qualified new owner. I own the Real Estate and I'd also sell it at fair market market value; and I would finance it (once the business is fully paid for)--- with "0" down and with favorable terms....again for the "right person."
O K Look.....Cash flow from this business could buy the business itself; it could buy the real estate; AND while doing those things, it could also provide an outstanding income for the right new owner.
Note: While the auto repair business isn't brain surgery, it does presents some unique challenges to operate successfully. And while the owner doesn't necessarily HAVE to know how to "fix" today's high-tech cars...it would certainly help. The truth is, I don't know how to extract "check engine" codes; much less what they mean, or how to fix the car once found. And I've never actually chocked up a brake rotor to be turned.
My attitude (and therefore the attitude of our shop) is: "Our ONLY purpose is to help people with THEIR problems!" We do that with genuine empathy for them. We show and tell everything we do to their cars. We are absolutely honest with our customers! We try, when possible, to save them money. We never worry about our money. We know....if we help enough people with their problems...our own money will take care of itself! That does not mean, however, that we give our services away. It does however, help to explain our rapid growth so far.
This is indeed a fantastic opportunity for a well qualified energetic new owner. But, truthfully, it could be "a very hard row to hoe" for someone who is not qualified (does not know the auto repair business) or for someone who is not energetic, and does not have a genuine desire to help people with their car problems.

High End Hair Salon * Upscale Location
Great location, Upscale salon
Fulton County, GA
Here’s your opportunity to take over a well-established, turnkey, high-end Salon in a great North Metro neighborhood. The salon has a huge clientele and strong stylists. This salon offers a full range of services that includes hair design, color and make-overs to match the client’s lifestyle. Their service and price structure not only benefits their customers but also their service providers.
The owner started the company in 2006 and grew a very successful business. In 2015 the owner went through a lot of changes, got married, has moved fairly far from the salon and wants to start a family. As a result, her attention to the business has been compromised and revenue is down. In 2014 her revenue was $517,659 with 10 employees. The business can regain that level of sales and more with a new focused owner. The personal changes in the life of the current owner makes this a great opportunity for a new owner.
