The originator of the first low-salt, spiral sliced, honey glazed ham. We are a Houston based, family owned business that began in 1984. Our employees are our greatest asset. We have low turnover, and a close working relationship, as a result.
My father and I have grown from being a 'one-item operation', to now boasting eight high-end core products, like a Cajun style & hickory smoked turkey, smoked brisket, filet mignons, St. Louis style ribs, honey glazed turkey breasts, and a boneless honey glazed ham. Our cafes offer gourmet mustard, mixed gourmet beans for soups, plus a wide variety of Po-Boys and specialty sandwiches.
Our passion for these delicacies has helped us create a strong brand in the Houston market, as well as franchises in Louisiana and Mississippi.

Our brisk, cafe style front end creates enjoyable experiences for customers looking to find high-end gourmet meats, in a market style atmosphere.
