Founded in 1999 as DES Staffing Services, Inc. the industrial-only staffing company launched during a tough economy; after 2 years DES wanted to diversify its business to essentially eliminate the idea of a “busy season” – with multiple levels of specialization, every season is now busy season. In 2001, the clerical/professional and IT divisions of DES were developed, we named them Nine 2 Five and iTech Corporation – soon after that came Patient Care, the medical area of focus and shortly thereafter HR 2 GO and Call Center Solutions came along. DES made certain their business model was a success before introducing the Franchise plans of expansion. Testing and eventually proving the business plan 10 different times on their own offices before considering testing it out on a franchisee. In February, 2006 the first franchise office opened and since, the DES Franchise Network has continued to expand.
