Dental Office Customer Service Department
We supply Partner Dentists with new patients. We qualify the patients. We schedule the patients. We follow up with the patients. We review the dental plan with the patients. We reschedule the patients. We confirm the appointments. We get referrals from the patients.

This is the first time that the dental community has ever had a true customer service department for patients of dental offices. Until now, dental offices simply waited for new patients to walk in or call in. Appointments were scheduled at the front desk and confirmed by telephone. That's all.

The Dental Support Plus Customer Service Department costs the Partner Dentist nothing. The Franchisor supplies the Partner Dentists with the fundamental practice management training and services to the Partner Dentist at no cost.

Franchisee Responsibilities
The Franchisee is involved only in the Customer Service Department responsibilities. These responsibilities may be completed directly by the Franchisee, or subcontracted to Franchisor approved marketing companies that provide such services. Franchisee needs no dental background or training.

This is a franchise with which you may determine the amount of time and effort you will expend. You may assume all of the work effort or you may subcontract almost all of it. You may "Work Smarter, Not Harder, or Almost Not At All." You may assume the Customer Service Department responsibilities and delegate the work efforts to others.

Cash Flow/Income
$100,000, or more, annual income may be accomplished by a Franchisee utilizing our Multiple Franchise Units system. Each Franchise Unit costs $25,000 and is designed to create $10,841 of annual income.1 Each Franchise Unit purchased qualifies the Franchisee to purchase two additional Franchise Units within 48-months. These options may be financed and/or purchased with earnings. As a result, a 5-Franchise Units purchase may develop $100,000 to $150,000, or more, of annual income within 2-4 years.

The Dental Support Plus Platform is modeled after, and licensed from, an organization that has proved the system for the last 5½ years. As a matter of fact, their results have been approximately 5-times greater than what was needed to design the Dental Support Plus Platform and develop the numbers we are using. 1 The results of the calculations utilized to create these outcomes are not guarantees and may be higher or lower in real time.
