
I am the original developer of Corky's BBQ of Memphis, an Award Winning National Franchise. As I have done for many other chains and independent operators, I designed, constructed, developed and operated the first prototypes to make Corky's BBQ a viable national Rib & BBQ concept. Corky's BBQ is the largest volume BBQ restaurant in the United States. I was instrumental in developing other National Franchisor companies such as T.G.I. Fridays Fast Fridays, Red Hot & Blue BBQ, Red Lobster, Golden Corral, O'Charleys, Steak&Ale, Quaker Oats Restaurant Division, Tanglewood's Grille and many sole proprietor restaurant companies located all over the U.S.
I have designed to be duplicated Clark's CheeseSTEAK, a concept that has been recognized locally and nationally. Clark's CheeseSTEAK factory has been featured in the Nations Restaurant News (the Bible of the restaurant industry) and Food & Drink Magazine (a national publication in both the U.S. & Canada). The company has also been featured on a National T.V. realty show called GONE COUNTRY. Clark's CheeseSTEAK factory has serviced the Country Music Awards Show catering to the hottest and biggest stars of country music. Clark's CheeseSTEAK is a famous Philly Cheesesteak and fresh breaded Chicken Tender duo Concept. The menu consists of Regional favorite Sub Melts, famous Fresh Cut Fries, Real Ice Cream Shakes, Fresh Squeezed Lemonade, Fresh Breaded Chicken Tenders , Fresh Grilled Steaks & Chicken Philly's and great Wraps.
