Training and Support
From experience comes expertise. Our franchisees are thoroughly trained in operations, marketing and office responsibilities. To simplify franchisee training, Extreme Pizza has created complete management procedures and training modules. The use of technology (back-end intranet and integrated POS to process in-store or on-line orders, process reports and analyze growth) have also aided in the proficiency of team training. Six week of training (included in your franchise fee) encompasses inventory control, marketing techniques, food preparation and purchasing, labor controls, scheduling, accounting and of course operations.
