Richard(Dick) J. Daigle, CBI is the Founder and President of Venture Resources, Inc. From 1982 to present Mr. Daigle has participated in the preparation of over one thousand business valuations, and completed the sale of over 400 companies. He spent fourteen years with Litton Industries, Inc., as the Group Controller and Vice President of Finance and Administration for various manufacturing divisions of the Company. His responsibilities included all financial functions, strategic planning, purchasing, materials management, and information systems. He also has six years experience with Deloitte and Touche, as a CPA in charge of various audit and tax research and preparation responsibilities. He is a graduate of Bentley College, and worked as a Faculty Assistant while continuing his graduate studies.
Seung-Tae Ro joined Venture Resources in 1991, following a career of being a business owner from 1985 to 1991. He is a graduate of Yongnam University with a degree in Business Administration. He has developed a superb reputation within the Korean Community and thus has been recognized as one of the top professional business brokers servicing Korean entrepreneurs in the Southeast. He is a skilled negotiator with substantial experience in appraising and selling businesses, with special emphasis on dry cleaning operations and convenience stores.
