We are seeking the right business partner to help us propel our Telluride business to higher levels. Founded in 2003, Resortia LLC has created a national network of Vacation Rental agencies operated by like-minded people passionate about the tourist destination communities in which they live. Representing more than 6,000 vacation homes in 40+ destinations from coast-to-coast in North America, Resortia has developed a business model that has been replicated with success and operated by local Managing Partners.
Our business model is to generate short term vacation rentals through our marketing channels and earning transactional commissions from second-homeowners and property management companies.
Our Telluride business has shown steady growth since its launch in 2007 and is now ready for a local (Telluride/Montrose area) partner to take it to higher levels.
The right Telluride partner must possess excellent business development skills, have the ability to build and maintain relationships with vacation homeowners, property management companies and build and manage a small sales team. Passion for the Telluride area a must. Great personal energy and 10+ years of sales/marketing required. While highly prefer to have a partner who lives right in Telluride/Montrose - we are open to a partner who lives anywhere in Colorado as long as they are committed to spending steady time in the local community working closely with home owners and property management companies. Most of the work is done over the phone and Internet - but Telluride passion and presence is important.
Our business model is NOT property management - so there is NO requirement to deal with housekeeping or maintenance issues - and guest involvement during their stay is minimal.
We are seeking a local managing partner to purchase a 50% interest in the company and to operate the company in partnership with Resortia LLC - consistent with our business model that is employed throughout North America.
