Back of the House features a commercial kitchen with a hood and grease trap and it too, is very well maintained. There is no dishwasher, but there is a tri-sink that the current operator uses to wash all china and flatware as well as pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There are two reach in refrigerators, one reach in freezer, and two drop in freezers. The current concept is run solely by a husband and wife team which, combined with the rent deal, results in extremely low overhead.
It does not currently have a liquor license. Currently the owners are only opened the very operator friendly hours of 11am-8pm M-F, but of course, that could be expanded.
