In 2015 we had 232 outings lasting approximately 3 hours each. For those outings we only drove a total of 1,120 miles! We had gross sales of $79,786, the after sales tax net was $74,220. Food costs were $28,887 I worked he truck with the help of one employee who I paid $10 per hour for a total of about $7,200 and all the remaining expenses totaled $16,066 for a net profit of $22,067. Sales are up $18,900 over 2014.6
