Dennis Launer from Vested Business Brokers provided the following advice; “Generally the buyer is in control; if the seller likes you and you make an offer after meeting the seller and seeing the business. Always offer 10% below what you are willing to pay for the business. If you provide proof of funds with your offer you are in a good negotiating position.”
