Prior to VR Business Brokers Mergers & Acquisitions, Dan reported directly to the Chairman/CEO of a private equity firm where he led the senior leadership team in strategic business planning and development including mergers and acquisition analysis. He and a partner co-founded a full-service environmental testing and services firm specializing in cathodic protection solutions for Fortune 100 and small business that has grown to encompass a four-state service area. Dan’s diverse experience includes raising angel capital for a company that develops and installs present and next generation digital security monitoring solutions. Dan has an undergraduate degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in International Business.
