Today I am helping retailers acquire/dispose of their real estate and business. It is a natural fit for my background. Over the course of my career I have consulted on new store expansion in 45 states and Canada with a dozen or so, nationally recognized brands. I am a business owner and real estate investor. Evaluating the investment puzzle is a daily occurrence for me, like taking a daily multivitamin. I understand business from a location and financial point of view, to serve core customers, blunt competition, and recognizing each decision’s impact on the bottom line to maximize return on investment.
