G.B. (Nick) Nicholson, the president of Nicholson & Associates, Inc., has been directing the buying and selling of businesses since 1984. Mr. Nicholson holds a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation, an MBA in finance, a BS in engineering, a real estate brokers license, is a past president of the Georgia Association of Business Brokers and is an International Business Brokers Association member. His past business ventures have included helping start a distribution company that grew to $20 million in sales within two years, selling engineering services for a major engineering and construction company, working for several small and midsize manufacturing companies in sales and operations positions, and owning a small retail business.
