Broker will review the Business, its financials, lease, and market opportunity, and make recommendations on what the owner should do in the next 12 to 24 months to help prepare the business for sale. This makes the business more attractive, increases the possible sale price, and makes it a smooth and easy transaction.
Business Strategy Consulting: (Fixed Priced Consulting) Broker will review the business, its financials, lease, and market opportunity. Broker will then make recommendations to manage the business, its expenses, its cost of goods, and its revenues. If working capital is limiting the growth of the business, then Broker will work with SBA lenders to help Business get loans.
Sale of the Business: (Commission based on Actual Business Sale Price):
Time & Expense Savings: Eliminate the time and expense of advertising and interacting with every person who inquires. Owners handling the sale directly tend to get inundated with unqualified inquiries. On the other hand we will be advertising on 10 different web sites and will send this information to all the appropriate prospects people in our database. Broker has no problem interacting with every prospect, screening them and finding suitable candidates.
Database of Buyers: We have a database of buyers that are looking for businesses to buy.
Confidentiality: If the prospective buyers call you directly it is very difficult to maintain confidentiality. We will have the prospects sign a confidentiality agreement before disclosing any specifics about the business and will repeatedly inform them to maintain strict confidentiality. Owners handling the sale directly have no way to maintaining confidentiality. This can lead to your customers and your competitors becoming aware of the impending sale of your business. This could cause serious damage to your business.

Nanda Nandkishore has been involved with small businesses for over 25 years. He has Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and Masters Degree in Computer Sciences.
In 1983 he co-founded VIASOFT, a computer software company. VIASOFT went through every aspect of the growth of the company from four employees and no product, to over 400 employees with 10 award winning products, revenues exceeding $200 Million, and strong profits. During this process, company raised over $10 Million in venture capital funding. Company went public (IPO) in 1995. Nanda negotiated M&A transactions valued at $3Million for product acquisition and marketing alliances.
From 1996 to 2000, Nanda ran his own consulting company providing Strategic Year 2000 consulting services to large companies. He has been involved in multiple product acquisition and product marketing deals. From 2000 to 2004 he worked with TiE, an Entrepreneurial organization, mentoring and advising startup companies. Nanda's strong ability in evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of a business and helping chart a course for the future has been extremely helpful for these companies.
Since 2004 Nanda turned his attention to non high technology businesses. He has gone through extensive training from CABB, and IBBA in analysis, evaluation, and the sale of main street businesses. He is a member of CABB (California Association of Business Brokers) and IBBA (International Business Brokers Association). He is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) a certification granted by IBBA to business brokers with proven skills and experience in handling business transactions.

In January 2007, Nanda Incorporated Acacia Group Inc. to handle main street businesses as well as handle larger size deals that may lend themselves to M&A type transactions (e.g. being bought by another company).
