That result will determine how I can best construct and propose a strategy that results in their best interest, which may be anywhere from repositioning operations/concept/capital improvements to liquidating the asset(s).

20 years experience in marketing and negotiating restaurant/bar related asset sales specifically in the South Bay region of Los Angeles county. I have experience in the industry from starting as an entry level employee (dishwasher, prep cook to station cook for the Chart House chain in the early 1980's in La Jolla/Cardiff) to doorman for popular S. Bay hotspots in the 1990's in Manhattan/Hermosa Beach, to concept generation, subsequent private funding of operating entities, investor/legal relations, construction management liaison, leasing, working with local governmental agencies to acquire and/or alter Conditional Use Permit conditions, ABC license transfers for per to per and new placements, and have been fortunate to learn first hand the joys of success and the throes of defeat, which unfortunately may not always be limited to financial, time, and emotional expenses.
