Mark Krupnick comes to Keller Williams with over 34 years experience in the commercial real estate field.
Mr. Krupnick was the Senior Manager of a well-respected family real estate firm throughout his entire career. Mr. Krupnick started his real estate career as a salesperson for Weisgold and Krupnick Real estate. Mr. Krupnick obtained his New Jersey real Estate Broker’s License in 1987 and remained with the family firm as a Broker Associate.
Mr. Krupnick’s experience includes regional and strip shopping center sales and leasing, office building sales and leasing, industrial property sales and leasing, income and investment properties, vacant land sale and leasing including highway commercial, industrial and other types of land for development. Challenged properties as well as distressed property workouts are among his strong categories.
Mr. Krupnick is a workout expert and tenacious negotiator. He is skilled at solving problems in many aspects of the real estate field. During the course of his career, Mr. Krupnick has formed relationships with many other professionals associated with the real estate industry lenders, attorneys, engineers, architects, and contractors.
Mr. Krupnick is skilled in handling buyers “tenants” side negotiations, seller “landlord” side negotiations and dual or transaction agency representations.
