Kris Moe is an advisor and intermediary for the sale, purchase and merger of small and mid-sized business. His extensive background in founding, owning, managing and selling of such enterprises has given him knowledge of business realities, challenges, strategies and values that enables him to analyze, package and market a seller’s business and to connect prospective buyers to appropriate business opportunities.

Previously his high-tech interests led him to the semi-conductor industry where he was a standout in business development, travelling extensively and establishing partnerships with some of the world’s top computer device makers. Subsequently, he started an import-export company, primarily selling semi-conductor parts to Asian companies. He has kept current with the San Francisco Bay Area business technology world where, as an active networker, he has a wealth of business relationships in the area.

Known for his breadth of business interests, Kris built and operated a winery in California’s Sonoma County, developing skills in viticulture, wine-making, packaging and marketing. He also founded one of the West Coast’s leading golf schools. In fact, for many, Kris is best known for his accomplishments in the highest levels of competitive golf. Following his two-time, All-American collegiate career he spent six years on the US and PGA Tours. The Kris Moe Golf School is rated in the Top 25 in the US.

Kris, as a scholar-athlete, received his degree from San Diego State University. He is married with two boys (19 and 15) and besides golf, he enjoys hiking, guitar, reading, cooking and supporting his favorite charities. He currently resides in San Francisco where he now focuses primarily on business purchase and sale transactions for his clients.
