Sale of Business - For owners of middle market companies, we act as an exclusive investment banker to assist in the preparation and marketing of the business. Our procedure generates the optimum price and terms while insuring the highest level of confidentiality throughout the process.
Acquisition Search -We assist middle market companies, buyout funds, and search funds in the identification and qualification of suitable companies for acquisition. We qualify the candidates and package sellers that have realistic market value expectations.
Acquisition Financing/Management Buyouts - We assist the buyers and/or operating management in the structuring of a transaction, the preparation of a business plan and we market the financing. We maintain relationships with various banks, asset-based lenders and mezzanine sources that focus on financing buyouts of companies in the size range of $ 1 to $20 million in sales. We can raise debt capital ($1 to $20 million), mezzanine ($5 to $ 1 0 million), or "mini" mezzanine ($1 to $3 million). Our total transaction size is generally in the $2 to $20 million range.
Corporate Finance - We will act as an interim CFO to assist in a number of other financial management activities. Our services include acquisition search for entrepreneurs, business plan development, business valuations, expansion financing, strategic acquisition search, and strategic angel financing.
Most of our services are billed with a combination of an engagement fee plus a performance fee upon successful completion of the transaction.
